If you don't have a site of your own, starting a blog is fairly easy at sites like Blogger.com, and Wordpress.com. Blogs make money through online advertising and affiliate sales, such as with the Amazon.com affiliates program. Blogger causes it to be very simple to automatically place Google Adsense ads on your blog. The banking industry truly doesn't want you to know our method. They would rather that you pay your mortgage payments over a long period of time, so they can maximize their profit, at your expense.
In this article, we're going to spill the beans, and reveal some of the secrets the banking industry has been keeping from us far too long!
If you want to pay off your mortgage as fast as possible, it benefits you a great deal to find a way to put extra funds toward the outstanding balance as soon as possible. But to do this doesn't mean you have to spend more than you already spend per month. It's actually the method of payment that will save you the most money! And we're talking about huge savings!
Where do the extra payments come from?
Even a little extra money paid in the beginning pays huge dividends in the long run; because the huge interest charges early in the loan really cause whirlpools in the bottom line! Most home buyers aren't aware that they can easily lower their interest cost, and apply a lot more to the principal instead. Far too many home buyers fail to make the simple corrections! Although once we see the significance of paying down the principal, and follow our proven method, they get on track to pay off their mortgage very early; often in as little as 8 1/2 years.
Front-Loaded Interest: A Big Reason You Haven't Been Able To Pay Off Your Mortgage Quickly
If you take a look at your mortgage amortization table, you'll discover something very interesting. I'll just lay out the facts for you here, using the example of a $150,000 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 6% APR.
In the first year of your mortgage, you pay $10,791.96 (12 monthly payments at $899.33), and a whopping $8,949.89 of that goes to the bank for interest, NOT the principal.
That's a whopping 82.93% of your payments that went to interest... flushed down the toilet, and into the banks' pockets. That's your hard-earned money going bye-bye, since it doesn't pay off your loan at all!
Of your first year payments, only 17.07 % applies toward the real problem - the principal, that stands in your way of paying off your loan.
The sad thing is, even though you paid $10,791.98 on your $150,000 mortgage, the principal still stands at $148,157.98.
That means that the equity you'd have in your home would be $1,842.02. You "invest" $10,791.98, and get back only $1,842.02. (That's an effective interest rate of over 500% in that first year.) To come up with that number, we must understand that we paid close to $11,000.00 to end up with a measly $1,842.00 in equity. Yikes! The effective interest charged by the bank reducing the bottom line to such a dismal level is astoundingly high!
This is a prime example of how your bank front-loads the interest during the first years of your mortgage. And to make it worse, most people sell, or refinance, within the first 5 years of their mortgage, making the front-loading even worse for the borrower. It helps them squeeze every dollar out of you when you start all over again.
In fact, the only way that a 6% interest is ever 6%, is if the borrower actually stays with the mortgage for the full term (30 years, in our example). Only a very small fraction of homeowners actually do this. If you sell or refinance at any time before the maturity of your mortgage, the effective interest rate you end up paying is usually much more than 6%.
So, How Do We Pay Off Our Mortgage Quicker?
It's simple. Turn the tables on the bank! We've shown you how they front-load the interest. Now you know what thousands of people who are already paying off their mortgages early have learned: find a way to pay a larger portion of each payment toward the actual debt. Oh yes, it's easy to do!
But there's another problem.
The banks have ways of keeping this information from you. They're just not going to share any secrets, because it would hurt their bottom line. So they they've laid out a minefield to make it very difficult for the home-buyer to reverse damaging trend of front-loading.

In my many years of helping people buy businesses, I have noticed something interesting about people who are selling their liquor stores. They're usually suffering from extreme burnout!
If you tour a number of liquor stores that are for sale, you'll discover what I mean. The places are usually dingy, and there are bottles on the shelves that could have been sitting there for years. The lighting needs replacing, the walls need a fresh coat of paint, and boxes of really old stock are stacked up in storage rooms. I have even seen injection-molded plastic signs on the walls for brands of beer that aren't even available anymore.
Sounds dismal, right? Well, not really, because all those factors can spell opportunity just for you, a smart buyer.
Here are the steps to turn that underperforming liquor store into a money machine!
Step one: Make sure you purchase the correct store!
First things first... You have to buy a store with untapped demographic potential. It could be an older "mom and pop" liquor store in a neighborhood that has recently been transformed by the arrival of younger, well-to-do professional consumers. It could be in a part of the city where new office complexes are planned. Whatever it is, it has to have growth potential.
Avoid buying a liquor store in an area that's in decline. Sometimes such stores can be generating positive cash flow by selling half pints of liquor and flask-style bottles of inexpensive wine, but let's face it; a store in an area that's improving will always offer you more potential for growth and increased profitability.
Step two: Cater to a more upscale clientele!
If you're in an area that is attracting a growing number of professional people, start building an upscale inventory that will appeal to them. Don't wait for people to ask for more exclusive wines, get those products on your shelves in anticipation of popular demand.
Then we get to the issue of customer service. If you want to capture an upscale customer group, you'll have to be able to answer questions about various wines - which wines are highly rated, or which go best with a particular kind of food.
One way to provide this service is to hire knowledgeable salespeople. Another way is to hire enthusiastic people and train them, or perhaps become a wine expert yourself. Your choice of strategy depends on your budget, your sales and the size of your establishment.
Step three: Make your upscale store look the part - from day one.
If your store needs renovation or freshening up before it can appeal to your new clients, make sure you budget for this - and always reserve a realistic amount of money for fix-ups. Come to a reality-based total for how much everything will cost, and make this point a significant aspect of your calculations as you negotiate with the Seller for the most reasonable purchase price. Remember, you cannot appeal to an upscale clientele by slapping a fresh coat of paint on dusty shelves. Look at windows, lighting, floor areas, wall coverings and more. Even your cash registers need to be up-to-date and spotless.
Step four: Expand your product offerings beyond alcoholic beverages.
Over the last decade, upscale liquor stores have begun to offer gourmet cheeses and other food products. It makes sense to expand in this way. If people are looking for a good bottle of wine, or some excellent beer to compliment a good meal, why not offer them cheese, olives, crackers and other elegant appetizers? Remember to check local ordinances and zoning to be sure you can sell foods at your location.
Step five: Hold in-store events to attract more of your target clients.
Hold wine tastings, cooking classes and cheese seminars in your store. If an author has recently published a book on wine or cheese, have a book signing on your premises.

How to use URL Redirection to Make Money
I have found a way to use URL redirection to make very easy money. This technique is perfect for those that want to make an extra buck or for those that want to multiply this system and make some serious cash. First, you need to sign up for a few affiliate programs (I recommend http://ClickBank.com and http://CJ.com). These companies will give you a commission for every sale made through your link.
Find a few products that look appealing and get your affiliate link for them. If you are having problems finding your affiliate link, then contact your affiliate manager. Now you need to create a list of keywords for each product. Use SeoBook(http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/) to find some keywords and how many times each one has been searched. I recommend finding about 4-5 keywords and focusing on only them.
Now you will need to create redirections for each of your affiliate links. I use http://7P6.net because they allow me to edit the title/description/keywords and track where my visitors are coming from. Plus, their ads are very minimal and they have a Links Bar that becomes a very important tool when using this tactic (more on that later). Be sure to include some of your keywords in the url, and use slashes to space out the keywords. Example: www.some-keywords-here.xxxx.net.
You will be using this url to earn commissions from your list of products, and the majority of your visitors will come from search engines. So, the search engines will need something to read, right? Therefore, you will need to edit your url Title, Keywords, and Description. Obviously, you can't do this with your regular affiliate links. But you can do this with a good url redirection service like 7P6.net. So get on there and include your 4-5 keywords on the Meta Tag forms in your account.
So, once you have your link created, submit it to MSN, Yahoo, and Google. Here are the direct submission links:

Don't worry about any other search engines! Focusing on these will provide you with the most hits. The other search engines will eventually pick up your page anyway.
The last part of this process is to get incoming links to your site (ie: you need other sites linking to your url). The easiest way to build your links is to get on as many forums that allow advertising and post your url on their site. Make sure that you use your keywords in the link. This will directly improve your search engine rankings. And don't forget to use different keywords for each of your postings! Post as much as you can before moving on to the next product. The more posts, the better your search engine ranking. Also, using the link in your signature can help.
Another way to build links is to find link partners (ie: people that will exchange links with you). But it has been impossible to do this with a traditional url redirection website - until now. The redirection service that I use - 7P6.net - allows me to add other peoples links directly to my url via a Links Bar. It helps me build my search engine rankings when I'm starting a new url. And, if I get a decent search engine ranking, it allows me to sell a few extra links on a 'per month' or 'per year' basis via Paypal. This is just a bonus and it is not required to make money with this tactic.
There are a few things to keep in mind when exchanging links. You will find that most of the people you ask will reject you or not even respond. This is all part of link building and it works this way even if you have your own domain name. Be persistent and polite and you will get some link partners. And if you can't get any link partners for a few of your urls, it is likely that you will still rank in the search engines just by posting on forums.
There are two things that make this tactic so effective:
1. You are showing them the home page instead of a sales pitch website or blog.
2. People that view your site will bookmark your redirection page instead of the company page. So when they re-visit, you will still get your commission!
3. It doesn't take much time to create a url. Then you can easily create more and more to recieve a regular flow of commissions.
Here is a real life example:
Lets say I want to promote ink cartriges. The first step would be to create 'cheap-ink-cartriges.7p6.net'. Notice the use of keywords in the title and the slashes used to space out the keywords. Next, submit your link to MSN, Yahoo, and Google.
Then I would make a list of 4 specific ink cartrige keywords: 'buy ink', 'buy ink cartriges', 'cheap ink cartriges', 'cheap printer ink'.
Here is what I would fill out on the Meta Tag forms (notice the use of keywords):

Next I would add my link on forums that allow me to advertise. Remember, the more posts, the better your search engine ranking.

One thing to keep in mind is that it is 10X easier to get hits from MSN and Yahoo than to worry about Google! Also, Be Patient! It takes time to get listed and while you are waiting, you need to be creating more pages. More pages = more money. You may not make millions doing this, but this is some easy automated money and you can work as little or as much as you want.
TIP: Create multiple urls to promote a single product. This way you can focus on more keywords and get more hits to your affiliate link!
You can also make money by creating a website on a free host and promote multiple products in a single category. It is still recommended that you create a different redirected url for each page on your site to receive the most search engine traffic. You could also monetize your url with Google Adsense and Adbrite by using a free host and a redirected url for each page.
